2 full days in Budapest to me is enough, same with Prague as what you want to see there is in a relatively small area. Vienna is my favourite if the 3 and you can get a nice taste of it in 3 days. My biggest issue with the itenerary is that these 3 cities are quite similar with Vienna just being several degrees nicer.
As a minimum, I would suggest 2-3 three days, as anything less will feel very rushed and the chances are that most places you visit will turn in to a bit of a blur. Two to three days is enough to visit the Prague Castle, walk in the centre and across the Charles Bridge, stop for a coffee or lunch and visit one or two museums.

Two days in Prague. We have a free stopover in Prague around the end of September 2017 on the way home from a trip to Italy. We will have two full days in Prague, not counting arrival (we fly in around 7 pm the night before) or departure (departing early morning after 2 days there). We have not been to Prague before.
